2nd Z science is about having what you did re-doeable so I am assuming that is the point of the event

I realize that, but when I look at SO what I see is an educational system, helping middle and high school students prepare for what they might do outside of their education. Learning how to follow instructions may be important, but I think focused events such as Ornithology or Anatomy are much more educational than playing with craft supplies and building blocks. Sure, Pentathlon may have been good for helping students in some convoluted way learn about general science, but it really wasn't, and I just don't feel the Write It Do It is either.
