It works now, yes i was pushing it too fast, now i got my 1.5kg weight and my pulley launcher and at 8meters it works perfectly. I use to just push it but I always pushed it too fast.
This also brings another question into my mind, if your using the pulley launch, how are you attaching the string onto the car?

What launcher do you prefer and why? I'm thinking of making my pulley launch better, making it go straight, or trying out the push rod launcher.

Wow... i've posted the last two comments... oh well. but anyways on the rules it says on 3.c. that there must be a 5 x 5 x 1.25 cm flat surface, does this have to be on the back of the egg like last year? Because on 3.d. it says that both ends of the egg must be exposed to the view of the judges, so if the back tip of the egg is touching the wood, how are we also suppose to show the judges the end of the egg?

I don't think you are allowed a backstop this year.

so, if you have to have a flat surface, then you can't build something around the 5 x 5 platform to secure the egg? even if both of the sides of the egg is showing???

3.b says nothing about not allowing a backstop but 3.d.4 says both ends need to be visible so you wouldnt be able to put the egg against the backstop and since you cant touch the wall then there's no point of a backstop but i would think if you want one, you can have one, you just cant let the egg touch it. I'd say this is worthy of a FAQ submission.

well on 3.c. it says the egg transport must have a rigidly attached egg mount, and then on 3.d. it says that the egg must be extending at least 2.0cm in front of the foremost part of the transport.
If i put the egg mound under/over/left/right of the egg, what if the egg is less then 7cm?(which more are) How do I follow both rules 3.c. and 3.d without breaking the other rule? this is confusing..

The way i see it is that the egg mount is what the egg sits on. This should be in the front of you vehicle. Lets say the wheels are the furthest forward point on your vehicle. The point of the egg must be 2cm past those wheels AND the egg mount. So basically you egg will be leaning 2cm off the egg mount which shouldn't cause a problem since it will be taped down. I don't believe your egg has to touch all of the egg mount so it's ok if theres a few centimeters in the back that has no egg over it. I'll draw up a graphic if you want.
