acualy you're kind of right, they don't care if you go to another sight but you can't get info or answers from annother sight. and yes, you will get DQ if you USE another sight.

There's no point to go to annother sight if you can't get info from them.

The big font--no ok? good

That seems harsh a DQ for that....
Anyway actually there is a point to go to another site. You find an answer at another site and then simply search the answer on nasa.gov and find where it is. Could be time consuming but if you're desperate its something that could work.

That does seems a little harsh. I would think that you just wouldn't get credit for the question because in the rules, it says nothing about being DQ'd for using info from another site, just the thing about no "collaborative computing".

I have to disagree with you there. If you absolutely can't find the answer on nasa.gov, you can Google the keywords in the question, find the answer somewhere else on the web, and search for that term on nasa.gov.

Edit: Apparently I'm a really slow typist or I get distracted too much, 'cause I didn't notice all the posts before me.

Also, you can use an external website that you make yourself to keep info/links.

How is everyone making their websites? I'm using webs.com, but I'm starting it from scratch with HTML, instead of using one of their formats. It just is a bunch of headers and links on a white background, plus a table of contents to make it easier to navigate.

Also, using plain HTML makes the page load faster.

My librarian helped us set one up on our school homepage.

We use plain HTML
with a "homepage" that links to other pages

I've made 2 websights in the past, webs.com and moonfruit.com. The 1 I made on moonfruit.com was for compute this but I ended up not using it anyway

If you are making a websight I suggest moonfruit.com and when you get good with it then you could try to make 1 on webs.com and remember, if using webs.com if your websight is free it should be somthing like http://www.somthing.webs.com
