I personally dont think that swine flu is that big of a deal because over 60,000 people get the normal flu every year in just the US and DIE from it so thats like 100 people a day that die and we arent making a huge deal out of that. Plus I dont really care because someone in my boyfriends class at his school got it and he is fine and gets to play video games all day long for a week. And to Sadistic cottoncandy no I dint ask him if the friend was cute!

One of my friends hasn't been at school for like 4 days. He has symptoms of swine flu, and he got tested, but he was negative.

I still think everyone's overreacting. So far, in the US, the death rate hasn't been that high compared to that in Mexico.

the diagnosed rate is a little higher obviously, but since everyone is freaking out, once someone has a fever, the doctors can catch the flu

you know what they are doing now in my county?

anyone who goes to a school nurse with flu like symptoms has to wear a mask

that's going to make kids not go to the nurse

Why don't they just send people with flu symptoms home?
