Solon seems unusually weak in some of their events. Although they had strong showings in a lot of events, They had multiple bombs in events that aren't very volatile. Meanwhile, Centerville, Mason, and Mentor all look stronger. This year so far doesn't look to be Solon's.

It's tough to say that when Solon's teams were so heavily unstacked. Unome calculated the superscores in the invitational thread:

Taking the best result for each event yields interesting stuff:
1. Centerville (75)
2. Mason (122)
3. Solon (127)
4. Mentor (149)
5. Carmel (236)
6. Northville (243)

Obviously Centerville excelled, but I don't think Solon's performance is indicative of anything particularly alarming from their point of view. They're right in the thick of things with the other three teams.

Compared to their performances last year they don't appear to be at nearly the same level but I agree that they shouldn't be counted out. Centerville however had an amazing tournament.
