I mean true, but at this point I'm a senior, and I have the 4 events I'm already studying for, and a lot of people will already have spent time on the events I'd want to steal of them so it makes more sense for them to compete than me to start from scratch, and like this year I wanted to spend most of my time on organising teams and the other competitions we have and other parts of my life, it doesn't really make a lot of sense to start from scratch at something...Unome wrote:Doesn't make it any less of a chancewhythelongface wrote:She literally tried out for six events her junior year. But you're right, I should be more open to a wider variety of events, and since the event list for regionals is at least out it's not like I'm going to master 2 new events and then discover that they too will not be at Regionals, lol.
