It's been a while since I've looked at my Anatomy stuff (two weeks AGH), but I believe that mechanical digestion is the physical breaking down of food (chewing, churning, etc) while chemical digestion is the breaking down of macromolecules (proteins, lipids, carbs, and nucleic acids) into monomers (ie. amino acids, monosaccharides, etc)
The second thing can be found on page 8 of the digestive system handout

Brush border enzymes are found in the intestines (and the kidney, but that's not really necessary for this year), and they are basically a bunch of microvilli. They increase a cell's surface area.

I don't even do anatomy and that seems a bit off. You're telling me enzymes, i.e. catalytic proteins, are structural elements in tissue? No, the brush borders are the microvilli. Brush border enzymes are some catalytic proteins in the microvilli/endothelial cells? Google is your friend.

I know in the rules it doesn't mention anything but the coaches clinic did. So I was mainly concerned with whether they wanted us to calculate something.

In the immune system part, do we need to know about cell-mediated and humoral immunity specifically?
