Although, Hamilton Middle School, that feeds into Madison West, won with 42 Points.Unome wrote:It seems to have changed; Medford is now in first place with 98 (with Madison West's score increased by a point).John Richardsim wrote:Wisconsin C:
1. Menomonie High School (110)
2. Medford High School (113)

Either way, clearly the end of the Menomonie/Madison West era (considering the usual scores are sub 70

Japan C:
1. Gifu High School
From https://www.soinc.org/2017-national-tournament. Not that helpful since a quick google shows several Gifu High Schools in Japan.

Re: State Tournament Results
As a member of the Medford Science Olympiad team, I can confirm the change in results - there was an error with how Chemistry Lab was entered, and it dropped our score 15 places.Magikarpmaster629 wrote: I was updating Wright State University 2017 Wiki, I put down Menomonie, should I change this? Also on topic, we're still missing scores from Arizona, Iowa B, New Hampshire, Maine, Louisiana, Oregon, Wyoming C, and Connecticut C; anyone have these?

Re: State Tournament Results
Yet another team that didn't qualify last year. I've counted up the teams attending from the state results we do have, and of the 41 teams, 15 did not qualify last year, which is 37%. I don't know numbers for previous years, but that sounds like a lot.Unome wrote:Arizona C:

Doesn't seem all that abnormal.
