Agreed. For once, they spend the money on something we REALLY appreciate!

Jk, I think it can safely be said that we all pretty much appreciate the existence of SO, and the fact that its still around. :D

How does Eagle Hill usually do at nats? I know Gelinas got top 10 last year, but what about Eagle Hill?
Eagle Hill was 14th last year. They gotta look out for us (Gelinas) cause out of the 6 times we've gone to nationals we have been the top placing NY B Division team, even when we went as the runner-up
I think a better statement is look out for them. I know them(there our sister midlle school) and they will stay very late every day and come in every weekend to live up to that first place standing. They go insane.

It really bugs me that if i hadnt cracked that egg in scrambler(i was putting a pice of tape on it-and it just cracked  :x ) we(wellwood) would have gotten third and benn the nats alternate(then it would have been hope someone cant go time)

Well, we do the same, and we'll just have to see May 16th...

Argh! Wright Stuff was my main event, and it went completely wrong at States! The day before, it was going 2:00 in a smaller gym, about 20ft, and a turning diameter of about the same available at the competition. First of all, someone showed up at the bus 30 minutes late, so I had no time to trim before the events started. Then it was hot and humid in the gym and as luck would have it the posts on my good wing are weak as it is (darn density variables in balsa) and with the environment they were bending and broke a bit. I couldn't fly until 2:30, so I couldn't trim before my official flights at all. My first flight had a small turning radius and the AoA was off slightly (due to those posts) so I fixed that for my second flight but then it hit the wall. My 2-minute plane got a 1:12 official flight
