Is it true that the first place boomilever score was over 2000 at the state tournament.

Oh the joy... I got into stanford but I couldnt afford it. But U of I isnt bad, just not the same. But ya, ill probably volunteer for the state competition next year as I will probably habe nothing better to do lol

Ive gotten a fairly large volume of PMs asking me about boom. Anything that people say about boom in IL is speculation. Illinois does NOT release raw scores of any events. So unless the person youre speaking with won, none of the rest of us know.

That's half true. I can see the plot of the scores, just not the values of the teams not mine. For other tournaments, I can tell the scale of the graph having two teams (two points allows you to do that). With only one team at the State tournament, it's more difficult because I don't know how much higher the top team is from my point on the graph. I can tell you that the top score is significantly higher than 400, which is where a lot of teams fell. The graph is incredible enough, really. Over 2000? I can't say for sure.

Those graphs are very small too so its extremely difficult even with two teams to plot any sort of meaningful or semiaccurate scores, trust me, I tried at regionals. I got within 20% of the actual, but thats a huge error
