Since knowing will not change the outcome of my death, I would rather know when I die, so I can make the best out of the last moments of my life.

Never age, assuming I still die after a reasonable human lifespan. It would be annoying moving around and faking documents so people wouldn't notice it, but I do not want to relive being stuck in the house with irritated family for 75ish years.

Hm that's a tough one. It feels like I use the forums more, but the wiki is super useful for easily accessing scores from competitions and stuff... I guess I'd rather lose access to the wiki because if I really needed information I could ask someone on the forums or someone irl to look it up for me.
