I've only ever seen the larvae. .-. And the adults, once.

Yes, its a mosquito pupa. 
I think I saw a mosquito pupa last year at regionals. It might have been a spiny water flea though, don't remember. Otherwise, I've never seen any pupa on any quater wality tests... I was just wondering if anyone else had...
