Magnolia Warbler? Might be wrong, but I didn't use a guide.

I would agree. His habitat (from what I can tell) looks right too.
2011 Events: Regionals- Fossils 1st, Ornithology 2nd, Remote Sensing 1st, Food Science (NC) 3rd

I think it's a meadowlark (eastern? western?).
Magnolia warbler has that bandit mask. My friend and I have a whole inside joke about there's a bank robber named magnolia running around.

Then it's a female Magnolia Warbler. Only the male has the black around the eyes.

That's what I was thinking. Seems to big to be a meadowlark, but I might be wrong.
