Certainly! Petioles as a whole or just for these trees?
(note, I stand corrected. It is "petiole" on simple trees and "petiolule" on compound where the leaflets connect to the center, which I can guess may still be a "petiole" )

I thought that White Ash has the longer petiole (like below) and oregon ash has the absent petiole. I don't know about green and black ash.\
Oops, I completely misread the quote above mine explaining the ashes!

PacificGoldenPlover's Life List : 319
Most recent lifer: Red-throated Loon
You don't really have to worry about petiolules on Black, so I'll go to the other two. Just remember that there is none.
Green is about 1/8" long, while White is 1/4" to 1/2" long, so there is a definite difference if you look hard (this may be hard to tell depending on picture and quality, so go with your gut! )
That is about all my book has and I'll I usually use to identify. It is pretty hard to identify with the seed (a samara) though White and Green seem to have a "notch" while Black does not. Hope this helps!

If you look at the earlier posts, I think on pages 32-35, I think people talk about what kinds of book are best for people with different background knowledge on trees.
