Re: Where are you going for colleges?
Revival because it's that time of year! This is a thread where you can post either where you are going to go to college or where you want to go to college.
I feel sort of unqualified to post because I'm in 8th grade and know very little about the schools I'm going to mention, but I'll do it anyways!
My dream college [based on very little research] is Stanford University. UPenn also seems cool (although it's a little too close to home...), and I'd also get a 75% discount on tuition since my dad works there, so that would be nice.
At this point in my life I think I'd want to study either biology or bioengineering, but my interests may change throughout high school.

It's fine. I'm in 8th grade and I'm going to mention where I want to go anyways.EwwPhysics wrote: ↑Wed May 06, 2020 5:30 am

Ideally, I would want to go to MIT, but since that's unlikely, I'm probably going to go to the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign. I want to major in physics, though geology is a possibility that I'm willing to consider.

At the moment, I am hoping to go to the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology to study Geological Engineering with a minor in Geophysics.
