I'll take solitary confinement. I'm pretty sure there are some harsh side effects from staying in space too long....

Fruit juice. I don't really like soda (too sugary imo), and I don't want to ruin my health in the long run either. At least with fruit juice you can get the natural stuff that isn't as sugary.
