I still have no idea what it is, but I think it's Lepidoptera Pieridae.

Hymenoptera Tenthedinidae(is it Tenthedinidae or Tenthredinidae???) and I think its larvae eats lots of foliage and can be a serious pests but I don't know if the adults eat that much...

Yep. I'm not quite sure what the adults eat either, but the larvae are herbivorous.
