You only get draft rules if your coach attends either SOSI or a summer workshop type thingy which distributes draft rules to the attendees. And, they aren’t open to the public afterwards and the official rules will be out September 3rd.
do division b coaches who attend sosi get the draft rules for division C
2017 events: Electric Vehicle, Game On, Robot Arm
2018 events: Mouse Trap Vehicle, Game On, Mission Possible, ExpD, Duct Tape Challenge
2019 events: Mouse Trap Vehicle, Sounds of Music, Mission Possible, ExpD, Wright Stuff, WIDI
2020 events: Gravity Vehicle. ExpD, WIDI, Sounds of Music, Machines

Kind of surprised we went most of the week without any speculation on draft rules.

water quality 2012 was freshwater (rivers, ponds and streams) and its macro invertebrates, 2013 was freshwater (rivers ponds and streams) and freshwater macro invertebrates (same as 2012) AND ESTUARIES and 2014 was saltwater marine and Estuaries and saltwater macro invertebrates. so what will be water quality this year? freshwater with estuaries or marine with estuaries? does anyone know?

Iirc waqua has a 2 yr rotation now

So events like machines and thermo.... don't really need a big binder of notes, maybe just 1 sheet of notes, yet SciOlyCo always decides to give us a binder.

and besides, binders are easier to read in the first place
