Re: Who likes Japanese things?
I did not know this thread even existed.
The Japanese printed Yugioh cards are so much nicer than American or European print. Also their Cup Noodle Museum is pretty cool.
However, I do not like their kanji. I understand the practical application for it, but to write a word as simple as "Monday" requires 27 strokes as opposed to the hiragana, which is 11 if you count the ten-ten.

Cars are great from Japan. I have a Honda Odyssey minivan, a Lexus ES 330 sedan.

I agree. I think that japanese stationery has more care put into making them, as someone who is obsessed, I have to say that there is thought put into even the smallest details.

Japanese stuff in general has much more thought put into them, so they end up being really cool, really cute, or being some of the weirdest stuff I'll ever see. And will never be able to unsee.

Re: Who likes Japanese things?
I like Japanese food and some Japanese groups. I don't really like anime, I haven't read manga. I also like the culture of Japan. I read Eastern philosophers a lot of time. I especially liked the philosophical views and biography of Takuan Soho.
