I dont see my middle school making it to nats any time soon. There are two amazing teams in my state, 3 average teams, then theres my team. We're right up there with those 3 average teams though. well, atleast we were last year. My high school doesnt have a SO team yet but i'm creating one next year. We'll have no chance at first though.

I placed 6th in Flying Bird, the trial event. It would have been cool if they gave medals to the first six like the non-trial events...

I believe it's just like wright stuff only the wings flap like a bird's. i'm not too sure though.

Yeah, a flying bird made out of wood and is rubber-band powered that can flap two wings.

Here you go

Flying bird basically is wright stuff but instead of planes, you're building ornithopters. It's a pretty sweet event actually.
