Probably 1st in Microbe at Solon's invites in 2012. I felt like I had finally achieved something great and meaningful (and my Asian parents were finally pleased)
Coming in at a close second would be getting 2nd with Harriton at Nationals (ditto with Jdogg). I'm so proud of this team and everyone on it, especially those, like Jdogg and hmcginny, who took on a ton of events and did so incredibly well in them. I'll miss our seniors so much and I really wish only the best for all of them in college. We will definitely work harder than ever to perpetuate your legacy and keep our spot in the upper echelon of Oly teams. Sorry that this kind of turned into a shoutout...
I know there were other very exciting moments in my Olympiad career, but they either couldn't compare with the ones above or I didn't find much meaning in them/I felt like I didn't contribute much to them.

Got quite a few.
1. Getting 4 state medals (2 golds, 1 silver, 1 bronze) in 8th grade. I carried my team to 3rd in the state which was the first trophy we ever got. I say that because I did so well in my events while the team's average place was 10th. In addition, I fixed and rebuilt the scrambler which got 12th in the final week of competition.
2. Coaching the middle school to 2nd in the state this year. We were 6th last year and probably was going to fall lower. However, after regionals, I realized we could easily get 3rd but pushed them to do their best. I spent so much time to help all the events so that we could get the best place. The competition was a disaster (mousetrap didn't move even though it was fine in the morning, once again had my help) but we still got 2nd overall and 3 1st and 3 2nd medals. Then I held and kept the outstanding coach plaque.
3. Getting my last gold medal. It was also the first state gold medal for our high school. We got 5th which was a trophy and were 10pts from not getting a trophy. Once again, I medaled in 4 events while the team had 8 events that placed. In addition, an adult and I helped gravity vehicle get 6th in the final month of competition. There is something eerily odd about helping the car event and getting a trophy.
This is probably the end of my science olympiad career but I definitely had my moments.

My proudest moment came when the build team decided to wear the suits.
For those that don't know, it used to be a tradition to wear the suits at the awards ceremony. A symbol of being a scholastic nerd and proud of it.
Each of those suits have been on the national stage several times before. Many gold winners wore those suits. They represent the 17 times Mr. Lundt has been to nationals and the hundreds of medals his kids have won.
They wore the suits thinking they would be mocked and scorned. But, did it anyway out of a sense of dedication to Mr. Lundt and tradition.
However, they soon found the opposite. Culminating when the group from solon congratulated them and complimented them on the suits. Then they all took pictures together.

This year, when after lots of hard work with my partner (this year we had a really young and inexperienced team) we managed to medal in WIDI.

I'm immensely proud of my team for finishing 7th at nationals this year.
It's been our longtime goal to finish in the top 10, to take home a trophy from nationals, and after a very focused and goal-driven season, we finally did it for the first time. I'm also extremely proud to have overseen the 4-year rebuilding -- renaissance, really -- of our team. We finished 7th at state my freshman year, and I remember how disappointed and disillusioned a lot of us were after that frustrating performance. We used it as motivation to come back with a renewed push for the top. It's been a crazy and unforgettable journey, one that I'm extraordinarily grateful to have experienced, but incredibly sad to say goodbye to.
