I feel like I just need to point out that you guys are getting too worked up over a posting game. Its here for fun, and you guys are making it into anything but. Can't we just relax and play a GAME without arguing or starting drama?

Aside from the glaring mistake in the above post, I wanted to point out that Littleboy has been putting words into my mouth with this 'cheating' business. Never once did I say anything remotely like that; if that were the case, I would have dismissed his post as opposed to allowing him to win. No cheating was involved here by any parties. I don't know from where that came.

Skink, you may not know where it came from, but I do.

While on chat, Littleboy PMed me, and told me that he had a suspect list. That list consisted of Skink, theriddler, fozendog, and another person. He came up with the accusation plan that he talked about up there. I agreed to it, and informed mnstr about it later in the day.

Shortly after, I recieved a chat PM from iwonder saying that "we" think that Littleboy might be cheating. I asked him who "we" was, and he said that it was himself and the sassy.

That's where the 'cheating' part came from, if anyone was wondering/cared.

I'll take responsibility for that one, skink wasn't really at fault there... Here's the rest of that backstory...

I was talking to little about the invitation PM, and he said he wanted to start a 'tradition' of changing the sassys password to involve the next sassy's real username, I thought that'd be interesting, so I went ahead and did that. I put that in the invite pm(it explains the traditions of the game, by the way) and quite quickly got a response back from skink mentioning that all little had to do if he desired was to try and log in to the sassy account with passwords involving his different suspects until he got in, and that would tell him who the new sassy was. Realizing that(yes, I didn't realize that was possible until skink mentioned it... I'm a little out of it due to the 'upper respiratory infection') I assumed that little had planned to that the whole time, which obviously would have been cheating. We've talked since this has passed and I'll give him enough credit that he never actually meant to cheat in this way, but at the time, that's what I had assumed, and that's why I called it what it was, cheating. But for the record, skink was never the one that called it cheating(skink never assumed he would do that either...).

Clarification and arguing are different. Personally, I've hoped for clarification, and I'm content hearing the following.

I've been in a sour mood regarding the game ever since sometime yesterday evening when I tried to sign into the Assassinator account with the 'goodluckskink' password only to hit a CAPTCHA code for too many login attempts. If you weren't aware, I could try to sign into your account from my computer, fail many times, and then you would get a CAPTCHA code for too many failed login attempts when you try to sign in (assuming you don't keep a cookie sitting around). I can confirm this because I tested it. Thus, I assumed Littleboy knew the Assassinator was me since he actually signed in with the 'traditional' password that had my username in it. I mean, he only had to try a few passwords since he already had a short list. I still don't know why I got that, but, if Littleboy says he didn't do it, then I believe him.
Nonetheless, like I said above, that 'tradition' ends here.

Since I'm posting, anyways, I wanted to mention I added 94, 95, and 96's user information to the Wiki page. I didn't take clue counts except for 96, which was pretty easy (none). To that end, looking at the table, nobody can blame me for being bitter (as opposed to mad, for those that need me to clarify this ); I ran one of the most failed games in scioly.org history, and that sticks. Stinks? Skinks? Whatever.

And in regards to cheating, I think there are only two ways to cheat in the sassy games. Either using moderator/admin tools to figure out who the sassy is(which is why they are mostly excluded) and telling someone who the sassy is if you know(meaning you picked them or were the previous sassy). Other than those, you're free to use whatever resources you want in order to find the sassy, including hacking. After-all, that password scheme was not the brightest idea and props to littleboy for coming up with such a plan.
