What's up with "The Mount Academy"? They join and their first year they get 11th place. I'm honestly so psyched out by them.

I think someone from Spackenkill said they were beyond amazing builders or something, but again, we'll have to see! Though, I guess I could be wrong, but still.

Well I was talking about Div C and (perhaps unfairly) assumed Theengineer was from HHH (my apologies if I assumed wrong :P), so I think having 3 out of the 5 posted validates my statment :P. Besides, it was more of a reference to the abundance of great teams in this thread

They're definitely a hard working team, you can say that

We'll see what happens this year, but I wouldn't be surprised honestly if they make top 5 next year. Hopefully they dilute the scores to the lower three's advantages rather than the dynasty's.

I think I might keep my school a secret for a bit ;)
I do promise that I will reveal my school's identity the morning of states(so long as we make it! :o )

And about Mount Academy, they are very capable builders. Not necessarily the best in any event, but overall very solid. It will be interested to see where they stand.

Also to syo_astro, my events are gravity, maglev, elastic glider, robot arm, and WIDI

Sorry to correct people, but thehydrogenpoptart is also in Div B >.>. Besides that, guess Theengineer if you get to states perhaps I'll see you with Grav if we have similar time slots. I guess you aren't a WLI school (unless...).

Hey, a NY Div C builder! Theengineer, I'll likely be seeing you around at states if you go; I'm doing most of those events as well.

I would love for Brighton to advance a place or two this year - our testing should be about the same, and hopefully our building will be way better. Nationals, though, is pretty far out of reach for us, at least for while I'm still around :( .

On another note, we may have enough people to have a scioly.org meetup at states this year. That would be cool; it's one of the reasons why I've always wanted to go to nationals.

Also, I would love to see a new team go to nationals. In my opinion, it is high time for the dynasty to end. No offense to any FM/WM people (which it doesn't seem there are many of around as of late; I know they're out there, but they are being quiet).

Same here, though it's many, many months away, I've always wanted to go to a meetup, especially for scioly
