If they were in Div C, how would they be posting at 7-10 in the morning, when they're supposed to be at school (except me, since I have compsci 0 period. Either sassy doesn't have a zero, is in compsci, or is a grad.

Smartphones, laptops, school computers... I can think of a lot of ways I could post between 7 and 10 in the morning. Don't discount C div kids.

That's true, I suppose this person does not have to be technologically primitive, like me. Nevertheless, his habit of always posting at the same time is suspicious. I would never be able to pull that off in any of my classes (except compsci).
Also, did anyone else notice the clue changed?

EDIT2: do ducks have any connection to Star Wars?

Yeah, I think that was part of the "only relying on memory" part of the storyline. Anyway, does anyone have any ideas as far as the clue?
Also, do you people not have free periods at school? I do, which enables me to access scioly several times each school day, if I want.

EDIT: I protect sciencegeek100, because of her/his signature (star wars) combined with her/his talk of ducks in the ornithology marathon thread.

Also, the first letters of the second and third lines of each stanza spells out WOOD OTHAFA. /if anyone knows what that means.

Um, did anyone point out that the Sassy could live on the East Coast? Seven AM is Four AM on the east coast. AKA the sassy could get up early and post the clue BEFORE school. Just a suggestion.

I am taking pity on all you imbeciles yet AGAIN.

As foreverphysics stands around uselessly not doing anything a small shiny piece of something falls onto the back of her hand. The something bursts apart in a small explosion of light momentarily blinding her. When she can see again there are letters-no, words-floating in the air above her head.
the letters wrote:YOU ARE ALL LOOKING IN THE WRONG DIRECTION! The clue has absolutely NOTHING to do with Star Wars! That was just supposed to be motivation! Go back to the original clue and read it again. Look at it closely. And USE YOUR BRAIN, for goodness sake! I thought all of you were supposed to be intelligent.
And another hint:
LOOK UP
LOOK UP
LOOK UP
LOOK UP
LOOK UP
If you do not solve this clue after that huge clue I swear I will kill you all off in one big expolsion and then bring you back to life in an enormous amount of pain and also take away an accusation or something because this should be INCREDIBLY EASY now.

Well, it seems that the sassy did forget one verse in the poem.

"So, Mother duck went out one day
Over the hills and far away
She called her ducklings "Quack, Quack, Quack"
And ALL the little ducks came back!"

It's also interesting to note that the sassy adds one extra quack, but I have heard it both ways.
