Isn't it technically illegal to post them?

That being said, wait a bit and I'm sure you can find them posted elsewhere. Why bother asking here if it's against the rules?

The new rules are here! The new rules are here! I'll tell you the resources since that is what the great debate has been about.
Each TEAM may bring ONE 8.5" by 11" two-sided page of notes with info in any form from any source and TWO commercially published field guides and one copy of the tree list.

The rules usually allow us to write on any of the resources. When I printed off the tree list it was four pages long. Are we going to be required to come with two front-and-back pages, or keep it at four and have that much extra room for notes?

You can write anything you want in the guides and on the printed sides of the tree list. Anything written on the blank side of a tree list will count, and has always counted, as a part of the one page of notes.

I'd think you'd risk being DQ'd for that. It clearly violates the spirit of the rules.

Proctors have always told us that there can't be anything on the unprinted side of the list, but it would still be better to print all four pages so you don't have to keep flipping back and forth. Is there any limit on tabs and such for the books?

Would we be allowed to reformat the list so that it fits onto 1 or 2 pages, and change the page numbers to correspond to our choice of field guide? Does "writing on the list" include digital modifications and typing?

According to the draft rules, you may have any number of tabs, as long as they are 3 word or less, and you may write on anything.
