Short... I took that to mean that the Assassinator meant "tweet", but I could be wrong. If he did mean "twit", then it could be a twit as in a This-Week-in-Tech twit-army member, which is a popular use of the word, or it could mean a twit like a nitwit... not sure.
"flu, swine" I thought must mean something ought to be inverted... I thought about "N1H1" or "pig influenza" or something like that... also not sure.

I'm not sure the clue is solved the same way--that would seem almost too easy.
But I don't know how to solve it otherwise so just keep doing that I guess.
