There's so much stuff... I can't tell if something is important or just there for dramatic effect...

Maybe it's just because it's my first time in an assassination game and i don't really know much about ciphers,
but i can't make anything out of it by decoding anything.

So far, the only thing I can think of is to protect Eyeball138, because of the numerous references to sight:
"The eyes. They see"
"to stop and look at your feet again"
"Look into the case"
Not sure... maybe we're thinking too hard... should i protect him just in case?

Edit: if you read the poem thing they are seperate poem like things based on Italics and bold though I don't think that part means anything unless there is a hidden identity clue to the assasinator
