You should just ignore those numbers and keep on going. You never know when you’ll need to actually use your brains. Perhaps you’ll need to remember the name of an animal, or the name of some disease. Something that will require some quick thinking.

ik someone who is active in fast facts and disease detectives but im not sure if he/she does those events or just posted in them

This clue clearly targets Dxu46. Could be more targets but definitely protect Dxu46. Also, I think Anomaly may be worth an accuse as she has done Fast Facts, Disease detectives, Anatomy and Physiology which the sassy implies use your "brains" and this sassy seems to hate spam which is something Anomaly dislikes strongly...
