We competed yesterday at the CLC Regional in Illinois, Division B with three teams. Varsity scored 2785, JV G 2771 and JV B 2540. All are non-bonus and had variation in the bracing in the V vs JV in the chimney portion of the tower. Time for refinement to get ready for states. Team did a great job.

I think Nationals will be 3200-3400. However, there were teams last year that were getting above 3700. Everyone thought someone would break 4000 at Nats. Then, at Nats, the top scores were significantly lower. Not sure what happened there.

I believe the top score was 3100ish, correct?

I don't know about Div-C, but in Div-B, the top tower score was over 3100. You are correct. I do not know if the winning tower was with or without the bonus. My guess is without. This year, it is hard to know which way is better, making the competition much more interesting.

Hi guys im interested in knowing what your peak scores have been for the season and what type of tower you used (bonus vs nonbonus). I have not heard of any great scores from bonus C division towers this year despite the 5kg boost, anyone know high scores for C towers?
My C division towers have all been bonus and short of 2000, considering nonbonus for regionals as it is difficult to hold 15kg with bonus base

Definitely try a non bonus, my top for div b was 2400 and I am going for 2600 at states.
