That's still a jump of 5 places. Cumberland Valley did not qualify for states last year. I would say reaching top 20 is well within reason, and even top 15 is not unreasonable if they show out well at invitationals. But a jump from 8th to 3rd in B division is not analogous to a jump from not making states to 6th in C division.
I completely agree; that’s why I said not impossible. If they work hard then they will probably make states.

It's so weird reading this forum as an alum now, it makes me nostalgic  Just my two cents, PA is super competitive (perhaps more so than California) because things are so volatile and unpredictable at times. But the competitiveness is all in good spirit and is what makes things fun and interesting!

Hope to see some of you all out at SOUP though!!

I think PA also stands for Passive-Agressive

Well, PA invitationals are about to start, so based off of previous results, I'll just make a prediction right now and see how accurate it will be to the one I'll make later.
Division B:
1. Springhouse
2. Shady Side
3. Eagle View
4. Strath Haven
5. Bala Cynwyd
Division C:
1. Harriton
2. Bayard Rustin
3. Conestoga
4. Penncrest
5. Lower Merion

I feel pretty strong on my B predictions (maybe a switch up between 3,4,5), but I'm not sure where to go with 3, 4, & 5 for C.

There's going to be teams like Paul J Gelinas and Community going as well; not just Springhouse.

My predictions with other states:
Div B)
1) Gelinas
2) Community
3) Springhouse
4) Shady Side
5) Strath Haven

edit: To invitationals, not PA regional and state competitions
