Or more likely, several years from now since Respiratory won't be back for a while.
Usually at most one system is kept into the next year at times tho? I guess that pattern has been broken in recent years tho...
It was replaced after 2014, with the current rotation coming into effect in 2016. 3 systems each year, all rotating out. I think next year is Cardiovascular, Lymphatic, and Excretory (though I don't remember for sure).

Do both partners work on the same test together? Or are their scores averaged? What if we only have one person? Will we get half points?

Two partners will work together, but you can split the test. There is one test, and if you have one person, it doesn't affect your score if you do double the work.

Is it more common for the test to be presented in station form or without stations (don't really know how to phrase that)?

Stations are uncommon in this event, at least in my experience. I've encountered it perhaps 3 times in ~15 tournaments competing in this event.

Yes, Anatomy @ PA states was in stations.
Also, really Unome? I've found that Anatomy writers love stations and make up probably 60% of about 10 competitions I've competed in.

Nationals last year for Division B was stations. My other A&P tournaments have all been powerpoints, which I've heard is actually pretty rare.

All the anatomy events I've taken have been 50-minute 150-question insanity test packets, but I've only gone to two regionals so far

Does anyone know what these mean?
"Compare and contrast mechanical and chemical digestion
Physiology of chemical digestion of proteins, fats and carbohydrates"
