well, 53 north 12 west is brandenburg, germany..the brandenburg gate might be of importance..

thinking about brandenburg, i think it might be binary, he even has a "Not communist" status in his signature..

It could possibly be binary... and it could either be decimals or degrees, minutes, seconds. I used decimals in my round. We're not really getting too much out of this.
