:O i haven't been on here in ages... (well, since the state tourny...)
*sigh* anxiously waiting for school. do not want weird things happening this year XD

You want me to list everything that has gone on that is strange at my school, ok. AND I SWEAR THAT IM BEING SERIOUS!!!

1. A man from a mental hospital about 5 miles up the road jacked 3 cars before parking in our school's parking lot, running from the car, and when trying to jump a fence, was struck down by the cops, and the school was on lockout the whole time, pretty funny, we looked outside as he was arrested

2. An escaped cow bull wandered behind and onto our football field and was tranquilized and transported to the owner. The news cameramen were on the scene to capture the moment and sure enough, i saw it later that night on the local news, and the school was on lockout again, it stunk, we missed out 20 minute recess because of an animal

unfortunately, that is about it as far as huge events go, a lot goes on strangely at my school in small terms

This year I probably will post a lot about people getting sick in "health." We are doing a focus on absolute grossness that I will be kicked off the site for saying.

Your lucky that you're in middle school. You should see high school.

In my district, only my class doesn't have to take any health/physical education classes in high school. Everybody else does.

your school lets you opt out in 7th grade... I did. You just spend the three weeks writing a report about skin cancer, and Hirst (she is your teacher, right?) doesn't care if you use 20 point font

Well, at least nobody died (like at my school)

Heh, yeah. None of you had to watch a video of a baby being born. "Gross" doesn't even come close...and then we had watch all these other videos that had all these shadowed people who had STD's and pregnant moms, and the teacher had all these detailed, cross section pictures of the...err...reproductive system. And yes, we were in seventh grade.

foreverphysics, high school is much worse, besides, we watched surgeries and births in a class I took outside of school. It wasn't all that bad, and only a video.

You are aware that pretty much everybody, at least in public school, goes through sex ed? Our district does it in 5th, 7th, and whichever year you choose to take health in highschool
