1. Scientific and common names
2. What kind of environment does it invade?
3. Which native species does it typically replace?
4. Where is it native to?
5. What is it used for?
About the cost of invasive species annually, what I found is that most sources say 120-123 billion based on a 2005 Cornell study, but I found a few others:
Cornell university 1995: 138 billion dollars
Congress office of technology assessment said 1906-1991: 97 billion (total over the entire period from 79 species)
Cornell university 2000: 138 billion dollars
