Yesterday at MI states there was a presentation about next years SOM topic: dunno if you guys know about this but it is fruits and vegetables and there were things like carrot clarinets and melon drums in the presentation! Of course, it could all be a big joke.

It was probably just a way to stall time while they waited for the shock value results. Jeff did say something along the lines of it changing alot.

Actually, I believe I heard him say "minor" changes. By this time of year, most event concepts are almost finalized. At the summer conference, tweaks will be made to the rules. However, there may be an exception and there would be a large change. Btw, has any other state seen this video, or is just Michigan?

Cute video. I can definitively say that the use of vegetables is NOT even being remotely considered for next year. There will be minor changes to the event, but we still haven't finalized those.
