Yeah, that is in the rules in the first post. I even linked to the list. Tuftedtitmouse probably just made a mistake.

Edit: Although, Black-capped Chickadees are very common birds that would be good for everyone to know anyway. Frankly I'm surprised they're not on the list.

omg...im soo sorry...i got confused... didn't have the bird list by me when i posted....im soo sorry... :oops: :oops: :oops: and yes, scientist can go...my bad...sorry, i just keep thinking that it is such a common bird that it SHOULD be on the list...my fault... :oops: :oops: :oops:

erm... I'd say common pauraque.
it can jump pretty darn high for its leg size.
