They replaced Crave the Wave with Circuit or Shock value (no idea what either is about!! LOL!!)

No, the shock value in parentheses means that is the focus of the Circuit Lab. Just like Earthquakes/volcanoes in parentheses means it's the focus of Dyanmic Planet.
