In B division for the Galveston Regional, Riverwood won 1st and Fort Settlement took 2nd. It was Fort Settlement's first regional competition and they will debuting at state as well.
Eagerly awaiting Galveston's full results, as well as the state schedule. Does anybody know when it came out last year?

Re: Texas 2015
Is it just me or is this schedule troubling? Just wanted to ask how bad are the conflicts for the other teams.

You would be amazed what it takes to just get to that point... much less refining it and removing conflicts. But yes, I think a quite a few teams are going to run into conflicts.varunscs11 wrote:Is it just me or is this schedule ridiculous? Just wanted to ask how bad are the conflicts for the other teams.

Re: Texas 2015
I understand that schedules are hard to make but there is a national guide that says not to put events that are related to each other at the same time. But it might be due to proctor preferences etc because Disease does take a long time to grade.

Yeah... We all know you really shouldn't have similar events together, but we all just have to deal with it and work around it. I believe there's some sort of comment form after the competition though where you (or your coach) could put that down for next year.varunscs11 wrote:I understand that schedules are hard to make but there is a national guide that says not to put events that are related to each other at the same time. (Also, I'm not sure if you noticed but Bungee Drop isn't an event at state, if you needed an example of the dichotomy between state and national organizations
