Each state hosting a state tournament automatically receive 1 spot at the national tournament (48 in Div B; 49 in C), and then the 12/11 states with the highest number of teams in each division will receive a second invitation in that respective division.
For which states are sending two this year, I would expect something announced within the next couple months.

Hmmm....the wiki page for 2015 nationals has a table for all qualified teams. It already indicates which states has 2 teams. But, I'm wondering if that was formatted preemptively based on last year's.

I think they are based on last year. The list of states has been there since August and hasn't been edited much. Also, by John Richardsim's
edit, the list is not final since there are 61 teams listed.

Yeah, I'm hoping Georgia B will make it with so much less teams...

Actually in the past 2 years I believe the size of the Georgia teams has grown...

Division C grew, but Division B has definitely shrunk; if I remember correctly, none of the Regional hosts have changed capacity, but this year we are 10 teams short of the max. However, 112 teams is still probably going to get 2 spots, since Indiana was at 159 total last year and likely will not change that much.
This is useful

Last year Regional we had 6 team places overall (had a plaque/trophy). 4 went to state. There were tons of new teams last year and some unprepared, but a still a team. Also that's from last year...

Georgia still decreased 20 teams last year total, and I know all of the Div C sites were full last year (although it's gone up again because of the new Div C Regional site)

Why does the wiki take division B and C combined? Don't they assess them individually when deciding how many teams to send to national?

Yes, and where does it do that? The National Tournament page and the Number of Teams by State page both show them individually.
