For which states are sending two this year, I would expect something announced within the next couple months.

Division C grew, but Division B has definitely shrunk; if I remember correctly, none of the Regional hosts have changed capacity, but this year we are 10 teams short of the max. Last year Regional we had 6 team places overall (had a plaque/trophy). 4 went to state. There were tons of new teams last year and some unprepared, but a still a team.
