No, five was an exaggeration. I jokingly said that I would probably have to learn five new events for state cuz I had to learn two new events in two weeks before regionals in order to fill in for the gaps in our team.
I did 4 events, Disease, Metric, Shock, and Simple Machines, and Shock and Simple were new to me.

Same! I can't wait for the competition, yet I'm super stressed about my lab and building events. >.<
State just has to be on spring break for us.. now I'm missing a partner for two of my events. :/
