First, I will explain the process for random nullification of protects, in order to prevent anyone from pitching a fit and claiming the system isn't fair:
1. This site http://www.random.org/integers/?mode=advanced generating 1 random integer with a value between 1 and 5 inclusive (which will be adjusted accordingly if officers die/guess out/do not protect), with persistent identifier "clue<#>". This ensures that the persistent identifier is predictable and I am not creating identifiers to spit out the number I want. Additionally, a persistent identifier is exactly what it sounds like -- whenever anyone enters this code, the same number will be generated. This allows any of you to see the number it spits out if for some reason you should doubt me.
2. The officers are assigned to numbers in the order that they appear in my signature, which is also the order in which they joined. If an officer is dead/has guessed out/did not protect, they are simply skipped and the next officer receives that number.
3. The generated random number therefore determines which officer's protect is nullified. (Note -- it is possible for the double agent to nullify their own protect because of this randomized process.)

For this clue, tornado guy's protect has been nullified by the double agent.
I aimed my flaming flying contraption at one specific room of one specific building, and had an excessive amount of fun with the flamethrower. Sadly, the occupants of said room had already been evacuated by the officers, leaving only an empty Uchicago dorm to be set ablaze. (However, the resulting chaos as the sprinklers on the entire 4th floor turned on, soaking everyone and everything in sight, offered me some amusement.)
Kokonilly has correctly protected quizbowl.

While I Salute the officers for their first Triumph, they ought not to be too proud of themselves. They especially ought not to be too Audacious, as my clue-writing ability can probably Eclipse their clue-solving ability.
