Actually, according to http://www.discogs.com/Beatles-1962-196 ... 0289%20%20, those are just the times of the first few songs; I don't think they mean anything else.

EDIT: I protect zzyzzva due to his (weak) connection to the Beatles

So, I protect sweetcoop due to his connection to the beetles, and I can't think of any other person this clue might point to.
Sweetcoop was already protected. I recommend you protect zyzzyva98 instead.

Congratulation twototwenty you have succesfufly protected zyzzyva98. The clue was self-explanetory-zyzzyva is a genus of red beetles and all the songs were from the Red Album of the Beatles. I hope zz is happy now.

twototwenty is ecsatic over having solved the latest clue. In his eupphoria, he doesn't notice the tennis ball coming towards him hitting him in the face. Cupping his broken and gushing nose he picks up the tennis ball and breaks it open getting blood all over it in the process. A piece of paper falls out with words written in red ink.

When he runs to the other officers to show them the clue he holds out the piece of paper only to find that he has gotten blood all over the papaer and no one can read anything on it anymore. In his anger Frogger4907 punches twototwenty's already broken nose, breaking it even more and making it bleed even more. All they have is twototwenty's memory of the clue. Is it enough?

You have 48 hours. The clue will expire Friday, May 4th at 7 am. I will take down the clue in 4 hours because twototwenty's blood has made it illegible but you will have 48 hours to solve.

How did you do that? When I put it in morse code decoder I just got a string of gibberish.

Okay, so that's a nursery rhyme...who here is associated with ducks?
The number 5, the words "quack quack quack", and the phrase "over the hill" seem to be recurring themes. And I don't know what to make of that last line--the only thing I can think of is that movie I was forced to watch in seventh grade with the balloon, a floating house, an old man, that really annoying kid, some dinosaur thingy, and some evil dinosaur searcher person. I don't even remember the name of that thing. But...yeah, I have nothing. Except for the ducks connection.

All the paragraphs are exactly the same, except the first word.

EDIT: The only person I could think could be a target is 5asdffdsa5, since the nursery rhyme is about 5 ducks, and Up Up and Away is a song written by the fifth dimension. I can't think of anything else for this clue.
Keep lookiing though.

EDIT2: A note on possible sassys:
PacificGoldenPlover: Honestly, if I were an officer here now, I would accuse myself, because the posting times seem pretty close, I am on the West Coast, the writing is similar, and this sassy is using several tricks I would use in a sassy game. Though its not me. I don't have time for this.
Tornado Guy: Don't think so; mainly put him there because he is the only other West Coaster really active on these forums, and he hasn't been participating in this game recently.
Mnstrviola; same logic as tornado guy.

other than that, it is quite probably a grad, since this person is posting during school hours.

I'll protect 5asdffdsa5 for reasons stated above.

A chill wind blows between the walls of the labyrinth an hour before noon. A single piece of yellowed, thin paper floats down in front of 5asdffdsa. He picks it up gently for it looks incredebly fragile.
the note wrote:Keep looking young padawans. The target still remains unprotected.
And the note crumbles to dust in 5asdffdsa5's hand. For a second 5asdffdsa stands still and then sense comes into his head and he runs off to find the other officers.

It turns out that Up Up and Away was an old scioly event, I think. Other than that, I don't have much...
