Littleboy, that's something recent sassies have been doing, but normally isn't done, so don't expect it.

Your barking up the wrong tree. Maybe you need a little refreshment. Something to wet your whistle? Lucky for you, I found a bottle of tequila around back.

hint: Woodrow Wilson's number

Combine the three hints and you may save a fellow cowboy from taking his last drink.

Base 28, backwards.
And thanks, Idaho. I like anagrams/wordplay. :D

EDIT: But... just in case that's wrong... keep working, I guess.

Been plugging in the numbers into a lot of ciphers, but only random gibberish comes out. Also, looked up sodium hydroxide on Wikipedia (not a reliable source, I know) and I found out that 82 (which is 28 backwards) is the UN number. I think it's just a coincidence though, since I couldn't find the other, longer string of numbers anywhere in the article.

Also, when the sassy says:
Assassinator wrote: Combine the three hints and you may save a fellow cowboy from taking his last drink.
So the three hints combined in order are: backwards NaOH Woodrow Wilson's number. Umm..... also, did anyone else notice how the sassy was using a lot of weird phrases that people don't normally use everyday? (By the way, I'm going to work on my homework and this clue a bit more and see if I can get anywhere else. I'll probably be on again sometime later this evening at like... 8 or something, so I'll protect then and see if we can make any more sense out of this clue. If I did the math right, the deadline for me, over in SoCal, is 6 in the morning on Tuesday. Anyone who's in another time zone - probably almost everyone - should calculate their deadline accordingly.)

EDIT: Never mind, I'm really stupid..... I just posted this right when Koko solved the clue. Therefore, I protect.... (I'll come up with something later.....)

I feel happy that I suggested using base code to figure this out, even though odds are you guys already knew that before I posted anything.
