I protect fmtiger, because of above. (Hoping that I'm interpreting what you're saying correctly)

Edit 1:

To explain, in "O Z," assuming I'm interpreting things correctly, the cowardly lion returns to a forest of tigers. That's about all I'm basing my protect on, and I'm pretty positive I'm not the target.

Does that mean paleonaps can't be targeted?

No. Anyone can be targeted, except admins and mods.

OK then. As I am at a complete loss as to how any of this relates to any Assassinator participants, I protect paleonaps.

Also, someone may want to protect zyzzyva98 just in case the Sassy is trying some sort of psychology where he/she mentioned zyzzyva98 in order to dissuade us from protecting zyzzyva98.

It may be a stretch, but with no better ideas, that may be someone's best option.

When protecting, look at officers first, then civilians. Civilians are expendable. That doesn't mean protect officers every time, but if you have no idea about the clue, then go for an officer over a civilian. </protip>

Haverstall, I think you made a very good protect of fmtiger. I just found out that Fayetteville-Manlius High School is a mere 7 miles from L. Frank Baum's birthplace.
