6th place means a medal where you come from?MONTYBOSS wrote: 6th place Shock Value
Then, in that case, my medal count should be *counts* ... 4.

At larger competitions, yes. We just introduced 'em. They're the coolest looking ones, if you ask me.aubrey048 wrote:6th place means a medal where you come from?![]()
So, whaddya do when you have 20+ medals? Do you throw them all in a drawer or actually try to display them somehow?

Re: How many medals and ribbons have you earned?
I had 32 in my 6 years [really only 5 because I was an alternate as a 7th grader], that is in 13 comps. I wish my team would had gone to so many Inv's as many of people on this page have said. For anyone that's an alternate and may be discouraged by not having not as many metals as people do on here don't be, especially if your a 7th or 9th grader new to the new Division you still have plenty of time to get medals if you work hard. I think its really hard to compare medal counts between people of different schools, everyone goes to different comps and some don’t go to invs. So 10/year to someone that only goes to Regional and state is much better than 20+ a year when you got to 5+ compactions each year.

That might not be 100% right, but it's close enough. So that's somewhere in the ballpark of 43 medals.

Well, I have a gallon ziplock bag that is completely packed. I don't know how many that ends up being, but it's a lot...

Re: How many medals and ribbons have you earned?
3rd year (but my first year I wasn't involved much, so I'd call this year two)
Invitationals medals (2 years):
Bronze 2
Silver 1
Gold 3
Regionals medals (2 years):
4th Ribbon 1 (I don't actually have it, they screwed up, but I should have won)
Silver 2
Gold 2
State medals (1 year):
Bronze 1
Silver 2
Gold 2
I have one bronze from my first year, but I just got thrown in an event, so I don't really count that one. And you'll notice I rocked state last year

Right now I have 10 medals, only one gold the rest silver or bronze.
