spray blue looks like it works really well. Almost no appreciable weight gain. How does it handle though? I know with superglue, I only go two segments at a time. Do we have to attach the whole thing when working with spray?

It dries slower, so there's time to adjust/reattach the edges to make it nicer. You don't have to attach the whole thing at one time, but there's really no reason not to.

Mhm, in my basement (basically I covered my floor with newspaper and set the rotor down and sprayed it. yeah). I bought the 3M Super 77 stuff illusionist recommended, and as long as you aren't spraying for very long, I don't think there's too much of a hazard with the fumes and such. Plus it's cold outside :? :lol:

chia's approach is pretty typical, short sprays mean less weight gain, less exposure, not a big problem, though I'd be a little concerned about open flames in a basement. I do mine in a bedroom.

And cover the area WELL, that stuff makes a mess everywhere and the glue floats farther than you expect.
