I know this is a bit early, but most of the people on here know whether or not they will make it to state....i was just wondering, would anyone like to meet up at the state tournament? Events will of course keep people busy but we could all wear something universal to show "scioly.org"ness....lol. And Kjhsscioly, i know ill be in your section for fossils AND wind power. So ya, thatd be pretty cool, you all seems to be very cool people, id love to meet you in person

I would love to meet up if our team makes it. With the way our team is structured now, I'm not sure we will But if we can, we should. I remember seeing you win your Fossils medal last year, and thinking "Hey, I know him! (kinda)". Maybe we could meet before going to our homerooms before awards or on the Friday afternoon before.

Wow, Second? At an Ohio invite? Then again they did get 6th at nats last year...man Ohio invites are probably harder than most state tournaments. O wat i would do to go to on

Ya about that....every single one of my teammates is unwilling to get up super early to drive there in the morning or raise some money to go up there the night before and stay at a hotel. All in all i'm quite frustrated

I will do whatever i can to go to to a few next year, id really like to go to some big ones and meet people and of course get some experience. Honestly, doing 3 building events and then fossils, it doesn't affect my performance at state (regionals is a breeze) not going to invites, but i'd really like to be more used to the competition setting. Sigh, i so wish i lived upstate, my teammates are so lazy and undedicated (And they have the audacity to think that they have the chance to make nats because we got first in Div A last year. I keep telling them it's not going to happen, but they just call me a debbie downer...the reason we got first last year is because my friend and i along with one senior got top 4 overall in a total of 6 events. Idiots.)

Yeah, you would have to get to school at 4... we have to get to school at 6, and I thought I wanted to live farther upstate
