I bet it's referring to Stalin, the prime example of a leader of the Soviet Union. Doing a quick search of "Stalin" yeilds a lot of posts in the Politics forum by TheChiScientist, so maybe he is being targeted? Also, new sig: Stone postmortem. This could either refer to someone who was stoned after his death (or possibly to death, or it could be a Latin question: Stone postmortem? which translates to "Am I not standing after death?" which seems more unlikely.
