Mentor Invite - 32 foot ceiling, bad air currents from people walking in/out
1st place - 2:35 (all bonus)
Do we know other room dimensions of soup
Width and length were pretty spacious. Girders were nasty above 18 feet.

I suppose. At SOUP, I saw maybe 6 planes get stuck in the girders. One of which, involved its team having to throw tennis balls at it trying to get it down.

lmao that was so fun to watch
they had to whip out like all kinds of balls
and then eventually they just taped together some sticks and pushed it out
there were a couple vents too but they werent all that strong later in the day
also ngl the supervisors did a kinda poor job like supposedly they didnt even look for the bonuses (panel) for the first two time slots
and they let ppl off the hook a lot
for a v good invite i kinda expected more, but it wasnt like awful
just needed some improvements

+2 minutes is what I'll say for now with effective ceiling height around 18-20 ft due to chairs and where in the room your plane lands

So the chairs were indeed a room feature at Cornell. Boy, I hope they have better options at nationals!

Nope. Wish we could, but we are in NM. Nowhere close to any invites. We are done with Regionals, and State is next weekend.

Good luck at your states comp, Coach! Can you let us know the winning time there if possible (out of curiosity)?
